The 3G helpdesk is a system that can be used to manage IT operations across many business lines.
Originally built in house for 3GI Technology sole use to support their large client networks but huge interest in this product has led us to make it publicly available.
Each client that has used this product has requested further development to customise or bring in new features which has helped 3G Helpdesk on its way to being a formidable tool. This is why we offer this as a hosted service with 100 hours free development to make local customisation or add new features.

Full user manager to be able to add / edit / delete users and clients / departments.
Full administration for adding and monitoring cases through the system with full SMS and Email notification. This can be edited and updated by admin, support personal or client.
System for requesting, managing & tracking projects from clients or departments
Module to be able to date range statistics for company wide or just for client / department.
Change Activity Notification
Change management system to be able to sign off and notify for major system update to core infrastructure or developed applications and data bases. This manages the risks of change within an organisation and has 2 sign of procedures before a major change can take place.
To track time of developers or IT staff and be able to provide management with Project Tracking and Reporting.
