The Indian team provide monitoring support to alert of batch operations / backups and pass over cases to the Australian / UK Teams when required. You will only deal with local people of which come to site to orientate themselves with your business / users. We have a very low turnover of staff and you will deal direct with your own dedicated team.

For development work you will only deal with either a UK or Aussie project manager and developer, however some of the background development work will be done in India charged at a lower rate.
